Toggle Direct Connection (RAS) between Host and Guest via C# program

I am looking for information on changing a configured Direct Connection (that
uses RAS via serial port) via a C# Windows program. I want to change back and
forth between Host and Guest (i.e., listener and caller).

A bit of background: we have two PCs that are connected via a cable from COM1 to
COM1. We have a direct RAS connection configured on each machine. By default
each machine is set up as Guest. On one of the PCs I would like to
programmatically change the connection configuration to Host, and be able to set
it back to Guest. My guess is that there is a way to do this via some WMI
namespace & API, but I could use help finding these.

Anybody else do such a thing from a C# (or C++) program ?

Thanks for any help on this...
