Difference between .Net 2002/2003

Dear Sir/Madam,

I just have a simple question. What is the difference between Visual Stuido
..Net 2002 and .Net 2003? Can I upgrade to 2003 from 2002? Can I develop
for Windows CE or Windows Mobile from .Net 2002 Enterprise Archirect? Thank
you for your time.
Regards,
Kengie

check out the information at this link

http://msdn.microsoft.com/vstudio/pr...w/whatsnew.asp

that will give you a good start as to what is new. as for your other question, yes you can develop for devices if you download the mobile internet toolkit, more information is available here http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?pr=MITK#faq27

vs.net 2003 has this functionality built in

So basically between 2002 and 2003, it doesn't have much difference, except
that there is an most updated .Net framework and the abilitly to develop for
mobile devices. I am just asking this question because I have already have
2002 EA, and just try to see if it is worth it to purchase the 2003 EA.
Many thanks.
