plugin help

Wonder if anyone can either explain how - or provide a link to a tutorial
that can tell me how I can create a MFC app that searchs for a plugin, loads
it and then opens a new window which the plugin would then act upon. Have
tried a few methods to varying levels of success. Hope you can help.

Cheers
Scott
