Unable to connect to IiS 6.0 Virtual Directory with InterDev

Currently im having an issue with connecting to IIS 6.0 w/ Virtrual Directory.
I am able to connect to the website just fine.
Its just the the Virtrual Directory inside the website that im unable to connect to

example

Im connecting to web site like this format
http://www.somewebsite.com:1223 // works

but when tring to connect the site Virtural Director
http://www.somewebsite.com:1223/forum/ // does not wor

I have verfied front page 2002 ext's are installed and confiured on the web site
So that InterDev can connect.
