Thread Pool Thread error exit

I have created in c# an asynch IP Server and client. Everything works as
you'd expect, with the the server able to handle vast amounts of messages
and data very quickly. However, when I modified the client to connect and
disconnect (sending no data) every 1/10 sec., the server would occassionally
(every couple hundred connects/disconnects) emit to the output window the
message:
The thread '<No Name>' (0x0804) has exited with code 0 (0x0).

I've confirmed that these threads are thread pool threads. I've read places
that this is normal, but it doesn't happen when a single instance of a
connection is sending the server billions of bytes. The threads do get
reconstituted but it seems odd that they would terminate.

Has anyone come across this and figured out how to avoid it?

Why does Thread class not support IDisposable? It's creating quite some problem. Namely, it can exhaust the resource and you have not control over it.
