Asp.Net cannot start debugging on IIS 5.0

After one too many loads of beta software I hosed one of
my systems and have loaded everything fresh. OS is W2K pro
with current service packs. I did not have any issues with
any installations but when I try to run Asp.Net 1.0 in
debug mode I get a Catastrophic Failure message saying it
cannot start the debugging process on IIS.

I've compared my configuration between that machine and my
other one which works and I cannot see what I am missing.
I can start my application without debugging but obviously
I'm going to need to set break points, etc. somewhere down
the line.

What did I miss???

Thanks,

Ross
