Build Error

I am using VB.net to develop my application.
Sometimes when we build or application to debug we get
the following errors

In the task list:
'Satellite build for culture 'fr' failed. Please see the
output window for more detailed error information.'
In the output window:

'Satellite build for culture 'fr' failed. Please see the
output window for more detailed error information.
ALINK: error AL1008: Missing file specification
for 'embed' command-line option '

To solve this we usually
1)Delete the working folder the solution is in
2)Get the latest version for the entire solution from MS
Visual Source save, and put it in a new working folder
wiht a shorter name
3)Re-build the entire solution

This is very cumbersome process so I am wondering if
anyone else ever came across this error? If so how do you
a) Figure which form gives this error?
b) Solve this error without having to delete the entire
solution
