IIS asp version 1.1

Hi,
I installed XP Pro, Visual Studio .Net 2003 and
IIS. When I try to create a ASP .Net Web Application
in Visual Studio, I get a message saying that I need the
ASP Version 1.1 of IIS - I am lost as to why I do not have
that version when I install IIS. Please help !

do you mean .NET version 1.1? you need to have the .NET framework installed
on the server with IIS running to be able to make a ASP.NET site and have
ASP.NET installed with aspnet_regiis.exe -i

Did you install IIS after VS.NET?

You need to reinstall the .NET Framework on IIS.

Thanks for your post. I also believe that it requires .NET Framework 1.1
instead of IIS ASP 1.1. Could you please tell me the detailed error message
you received?
