Question about ocx develop with VC++7.0

Here is one question about ocx develop with VC++7.0.

I build a ocx with VC++7.0, but it
need run under the enviroment which
does NOT install the VC.NET & Microsoft
Framework.NET. I know the ocx needs
some dlls(such as MFC71.dll and others),
but for some reasons, i need build the
dlls within OCX, may be it need build
the request MFC7.1 static library, is it right?
And how to setup the solution & build them?
Welcome your suggestion, many thks.
