Internet radio options?

Hi, what would be the best way to set up an internet
radio station? Does my MSDN Universal subscription
include all the tools I'll need?

Hi Jan, which newsgroup would be better? I'm just
playing with this project and I'd love to use vb.net for
at least part of it so that I can improve my skills and
maybe get a real vb.net job some day.
