These 2 articles showed my "the way"! :-) Btw, the place to ask these
questions is the newsgroup microsoft.public.sharepoint.windowsservices.

The Microsoft SharePoint Products and Technologies are an excellent
development platform for building custom portal sites, document management
systems, and workflow, collaboration and enterprise application integration
solutions. In this first part of a series of articles for MSDN Belux,
Patrick Tisseghem demonstrates the basic techniques of building, debugging,
packaging, deploying and using Web Parts with Visual Studio .NET.

The usage of user controls in Web Parts for SharePoint is regularly
discussed in several related newsgroups. Patrick Tisseghem's (U2U) second
article on SharePoint Products and Technologies summarizes all these ideas
and describes a framework for building Web Parts making use of ASP.NET user
controls.
