Codebase and dll not in bin directory

Hi,

I write this in the machine.config:

<runtime>
<assemblyBinding xmlns="urn:schemas-microsoft-
com:asm.v1">
<dependentAssembly>
<assemblyIdentity name="nas04" />
<codeBase href="file:///c:\nas04" />
</dependentAssembly>
</assemblyBinding>
</runtime>

and put de nas04.dll in c:\nas04 directory and delete bin
directory.

The problem is that nas04.dll is not found.

Can you help me!!!

Thanks
