WIA Automation not working

I am trying to interface a Sony Mavica CD200 digital
camera with my tablet PC with WIA.It is really strange
that although microsoft has claimed that XP-Professional
or (TabletPC xp with Service Pack 1) comes with in built
support (WIA driver for Sony Mavica CD200)my program is
that my Application is not able to sense any WIA device
connected to the PC.

In Face the Device Manager object is not able to populate
the list of WIA devices connected with my machine.

When I try to run my program the error message thrown
as "No WIA device of the selected type is available" . I
would be grateful If someone can offer some help.

This is in continuation to my previous clarification.

I am able to copy the stored images from the Camera to my
machine as the Camera is being shown as a seperate drive
on My Computer as DRIVE F:.

Although The devicemanager object of (WIA Automation)
does not work .

DOes this mean that there is no problem with the WIA
device Driver.

Please clarify and Help.
