Xml Documentation Editing Tool

I'm writing a fair amount of XML docs atm, and I'm curious if anyone has
seen a decent xml docs editor(for editing the actual files)? Ideally
something that would load an assembly and allow you to edit\create an xml
file for it. I've not seen a tool capable of this. Writing one shouldn't be
difficult, I just don't want to do it if a solution already exists.
