install a windows service application

Hello,

I have a windows service applicat written in VB.net.
Everything works fine if I install it by using
InstallUtil.exe in Command Propt window on both
development and target machine. But If I install it by
using 'Install' in VS.net IDE (right click on setup
project, get a popup menu, click on Install) or run
setup.exe in deubg folder under setup project, I got
following error message:

Could not start the 'MyService' service on local computer.
Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or
control request in a timely fashion.

Do I not suppose to install a windows service project by
running setup.exe? Does anyone have such experience?

Thanks so much!
