VC++.NET 2003 - AsyncCallback

I've got a class containing a wrapper class for an
unmanaged class, I'm passing it as my object in the
IAsycResult parameter of the callback function.
The methods and properties of my wrapper class are all
corrupt, the rest of the object is fine.
What would cause this??
How can I get around it??
