Visual Studio delay when switching to design tab

TGF
Hello,

Has anyone noticed that VS .NET IDE hangs for awhile (up to a minute)
when you switch from a code page to a design page? This is the most
annoying thing on the planet, next to herpes and Anna Nicole Smith....does
anyone know an option that can be set to make this stop?

What are the specifications of the system you are running it on? I run
Visual Studio on a 500Mhz machine with 256Mb of RAM and have sorta gotten
used to a slight delay - it gets worse the more controls are on a form, but
I've never noticed it being a whole minute long.

You could use task manager to see if there are any other processes hogging
your processing time that could be slowing your machine down.
does anyone know an option that can be set to make this stop?
Lol. If the stuff I mentioned above is the cause, use the "Make my software
faster option". Also known as "Upgrade Memory" or "Upgrade Processor" ;)

Hope this helps,

Trev.
