Hebrew in MFC of Visual Studio.net

Configuration: Visual Studio.net installation in Windows
2000 and XP Pro.
In all regional settings in control pannel Hebrew is
defined.

Definition of Problem:
When I create a new MFC Application project, in
application type dialog box I don't see Hebrew in resource
language combo box.
When I build the dialog box, I can write in Hebrew in
caption of the controls of the dialog box, but after
compilation, build and running, I don't see Hebrew.
