Inclued runtime in Setup?

I made myself a very small browser.. that I whated to o
use on my laptop. Only connection between my laptop and my
other comp is a 56k modem. So i uploaded the program on an
FTP and then downloaded it to my computer. Very fast and
easy, but then you need the 23 mb runtime. Isn't there som
easier way to just include the runtime in the setup file
and save som space?
