help - sending an array of struct from C++ to C#

I have a struct defined as follows:

struct spParameters
{
char paramName[50];
char paramType[10];
int paramSize;
char paramValue[500];
};

I want to send an array of this struct from my C++ code to
my C# DLL. How can I do this?? I have that same DLL
working fine with other types - I just can't get this
function that needs to take an array of spParameters to
work!!!

Thanks for any ideas!
