Missing Windows subelement in System namespace dll

I installed the 60 day evaluation version of Visual
Studio .net 2003 yesterday 11/24.

I am trying to use the MessageBox API and I find that the
System.Windows hierarchy is missing

Regards,
Shantanu

You have to reference System.Windows.Forms.dll.
