#pragma unmanaged in NET c++ - can it be decompiled??

When I write some scrap of code using .NET C++ and place it under
#pragma unmanaged. It will be compiled as native code.

But can any obsfuscator etc programs see the contents of that code???
Can I trust that code as secure as it was while using VC6.0++
