Can't Get SQL Connections to Work

Hi,

I have installed on my system MDAC 2.7 and on another
system MDAC 2.8. On both systems when I try to open a
SQLConnection I get a an error stating that I need to
install MDAC 2.6 or above to access the SQLClient.

I have uninstalled, reinstalled.... At a loss to see what
is causing this. Any assistance greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

Terry
