I have taken the precautions that you have mentioned long ago. The problem
is that it is e-mail from spoofed addresses. and they all claim that they
are Microsoft.

Run a virus scan to be sure you are not infected. Second, make sure that
you protect against the virus that has been loose in the public groups, which
looks like support posts.
