Add Form VB.Net shutdown

I installed VB.Net right after it came out. I have yet to
be able to actually do anything with it. It opens just
fine. When I click on 'New' and then 'Windows App' it
shuts down VB.NET and nothing else happens.
Note: this co-exists on a system with vb4-32 bit, and vb6
installed. Any idea would be help. I would love to try
this out.
