Microsoft License

Jim
I have just purchased Visual Basic .Net which includes the
Visual Studio and MSDN CDs. I need to install everything
on my company's notebook computer in order to develop
VB.Net Apps. Since this is my personal license can I
install VB Standard on Company's computer and later
uninstall then reinstall on my personal computer (meeting
all the Hdw and Sftwr requirements)? Can I wrap up all my
development and move it over as well? Will Microsoft
restrict me from installing on my personal computer?

Thanks

Some Microsoft software allows for installing software on 2 PC's-a desktop
PC and a laptop computer-but I'm not sure if this applies to VS.NET
