using ole objects in c#

I am having a problem with running an existing excel
spreadsheat on a c# windows form. In VB 6 you could use
an ole container, but this does not exist in .net. I
could use the web browser control from what I here, but I
need to have the excel document password protected. None
of the information I have seen show me how to open a
password protected file (i.e. send it the password when
c# calls it) and bind it to the web browser control.
Please help me. Examples would be great.
