Adding MsFlexGrid Control to Toolbar

I purchased Visual Studio.net Academic 2003. For a school
project I have to use a MsFlexGrid Control. When I try to
add this control via the add/remove item com components
the control is not there. I searched the hard drive and
the installation CD's for the file but it doesn't exist.
The file should be msflxgrd.ocx. Someone had given me copy
of this file but after adding it to the tool bar and
registering it in windows I can't add this control to the
form panel. I get a "License Error". Does anyone know if I
can obtain free ot purchase this ActiveX control.

Thanks
