there were Win32 API functions suchs as GetComputerName(), GetUserName(),
NetUserEnum(), NetDomainEnum(), ...
Where are those functions available through .NET framework?

Or through platform invoke. Check DllImport and related topics how to
declare and use Win32 API in .Net
