cannot set src attr of <script> element

Hello,

I'm using .NET 1.0 on W2K. In my web app solution I have
the following hierarchy:
-MyWeb.proj
---\Images
---\Styles
---\US
-----Main.aspx
-----\Images
-----\Styles
-----\UserControls
-------MUC.ascx
-------MUC.js
---\CANADA

I want to put a <script> element in my MUC.ascx user
control to reference the MUC.js file. However, the only
way that the js file is found is if I specify the complete
absolute path to the file (c:\inetpub\wwwroot\etc...) in
the src attribute. No other relative or partial path
setting will work. Since the user control has to be as
self contained as possible, I cannot move its <script>
block to its parent page (Main.aspx). I would appreciate
any ideas on how to solve this issue: I would like to
reference the js from the user control.
Note: If the aspx and ascx are at the project root this
problem does not exist!!

Thank! - Tony
