WindowsFormsParkingWindow

We are developing a Web-based application using .Net. When
the application .exe is running, it randomly locks up and
has to be restarted after ending the process using the
Windows task manager.

While it is locked a generic Windows icon with the
name "WindowsFormsParkingWindow" appears in the task popup
window (Alt-Tab).

What is this object? And how can we avoid the conflict
and interruption it is causing?
