Hi,
I have a class library (in a seperate assembly) which implements
some networking featuers, now when data is received it raises an event.
The Windows.Forms client reacts to this event:
private void TextMessage_Received(TextMessage message)
{
someForm.Show();
}
when I call the .Show() method on another form (dependent on the send of the
message)
the form shows but doesn't really draw and the application hangs. (You get a
wite block on the screen where the form should be)
Now when I call the .Show() on that form in a normal way so not trough the
event,
everything works just fine
I'm guessing this has something to do with the event being another thread or
so ?
Thnx Timothy.
