Slimy SCO-Microsoft Moves

0. Get a paid shill ( oh, yeah, analyst )
to turn a worthless stock into a BUY

1. Pump up stock with bank's own money.

2. Get investment front to pump $50 M into SCO
to continue lawsuits and to fake 3Q/4Q profitability.

Where did this money come from?

We can only surmise..........

I don't agree with SCO's current position on this subject, but it's hard to
ultimately determine the merit of it b/c the code in question isn't
available. I would point out that if there was absolutely nothing to it,
there is a summary judgement, so even if they are abusing the system, the US
legal system is based on adversaries, and no one has questioned the judge's
ruling on summary judgement (at least as far as I've seen) which is way
different from the rape of Microsoft by what's his name.

I have a close personal friend that worked for Lehman on Caldera's IPO, and
I don't think favorable analyst ratings were based on total fluff. I know a
lot of individuals at Lehman that pushed the IPO to top clients, and many
that discouraged sales...and most of those folks made a lot of money out of
the deal.

BTW, Buy ratings are worthless....

Do you really understand the financial markets, or the tech markets for the
matter? And why oh why are you posting in a MS Forum this nonsense (Yes,
Liam, I will no longer infer that some ultra 3:33t L1nux k0dr like yourself
[no insult to anyone else] can read things in context..)? Why aren't you
posting as Bailo like you normally do? I was blocking your stuff, and then
I think we got some newbie that forgot his Lithium and low and behold, it's
good old John.
