hello
is it legal if i install Visual studio dot net on a Citrix
server and then the citrix server share the same copy in
20-25 people ? or there is some other plan to do this or i
have to buy 20-25 paper licences ..

one license is for one user - so if you plan to have 25 developers using
VS.NET, you will have to buy 25 licenses - even if it's installed on a
citrix.
