Where can I find the name of the Fax Server.

I am coding a fax client, using .NET, for Windows Fax
Services. However, I can't seem to find the right name for
the 'Fax Server'. How can I find the actual name of the
Fax Server?

The FaxServer name I am refering to is found under the
connection method in this article:

I have tried several names but none seem to work.
