.net alert ;causing unability to run

I have a problem. When I try and run Visual Basic i get
an alert- it says

Alert!
-----------------------------------------------------

Symantec Script Blocking has prevented a script that
could be harmfull to you.
Application: Devenv.exe
Source File:
Object:File System Object
Method: Getspecial folder

------------------------------------------------------

I do not have any Anti-Virus Software and because of that
alert i cannot use Microsoft Visual Studios . net

Just choose to allow the script, norton is a little annoying because of
that, but its not too bad. I do not have any Anti-Virus Software and because of that
alert i cannot use Microsoft Visual Studios . net
