Error 80131418 on object

I am moving a site to windows 2003 and after using REGASM
to register this object on the new server I get this
error.

error '80131418'

I can not find it referenced anywhere?

Hi Brent,

Did you mean you have successfully registered your classlibrary assembly?
Have you ever installed the patch as KB link said?

Hi Brent,

If you can register the assembly successfully, but can not use it in the
asp page, you may try to uninstall the patch referred in the KB link.

I have machines with similar problems and this worked for me, for
which I'm grateful because we are demoing some software to prospects.
Why is this an issue? Will there be an update coming out to correct
this?

Hi Msurel,

I think this is a known issue.
The issue has been reported, but I do not guarantee if it will be fixed
