handling of nested exception error ????

Dear all,

I have a function wich is able to log all error message
into log file.Lets call it LogMesage in this example.

In case the log file is not existing, I catch an IO
exception inside the LogMessage function.

The whole concept of my application is that all error
message is log to a log file, so inside the Catch I try to
log the exception message to file but as the log file is
not exist in that example, the exception will not be able
to log to file and generate again an exception of the
previous exception.

How to handle properly this kind of situation
Thanks for your help

regards
serge
