problems since upgrade to 1.1

Anyone else have any trouble with the 1.1 upgrade? we get dialog boxes
prompting to insert media into \dev\hardisk0\dr1 or similar, usually cause
by vb.net code checking the process table although we have seen regsvc.exe
generate the error as well, when the dialog box is up there is no access to
the machine via terminal services available as well aas other oddities,
happening on 4 diffrent machines all win2k sp4 fully patched, drive in
question appears to be iomega zip disk, inserting disk stops the diaolog box
from coming up, there is a kb article similar to this problem but only when
zip disk is c:, fix is to insert zipdisk intrestingly enough.

Any ideas?
