Crystal Reports and Typed DataSet

I am passing a typed dataset to a report. The dataset consist of a few
"related" tables. One of the tables has 2 fields that is linked to one
table, ex:

Table x Feild:
ShipTo -> y.CustomerID
BillTo -> y.CustomerID

Table y Field:
CustomerID
FName
LName
Address

In my report I have to output the BillTo and ShipTo like so:

Bill To: Ship To:
FName LName FName LName
Address Address

How can I do this?
