request permission set for sandboxed app

Hi all, please excuse the cross-post.

Does anyone know the permission set required for a URL-deployed / launched
windows forms app to run a crystal viewer using a client-local installation
of the Crystal (managed and unmanaged) dlls?

More to the point, is there a way to request permissions from sandboxed .NET
code that the user can accept or deny explicitly, avoiding the need for the
user to go into their control panel manually and assign the permission? Java
Web Start used to do this I'm sure - certainly local Java apps (which are of
course always sandboxed) could.

Any ideas? Obviously this can be set up manually, but I'd rather have users
run the install and point and click the whole thing in context than need to
go into control panel at all.

Cheers
