Visual Studio 2003 problems

Hi,

Lately when I compile a soloution containing four projects I get "file
locked"-errors. It is three DLL-projects and one webproject that uses the
DLL:s. The only way to fix it is to close VS 2003 and delete the contents in
the BIN-directory, restart VS 2003 and compile, what has happened?

One more thing that has begun lately is that I don't get intellisense all
the time, especially against my own DLL:s... sometimes the intellisense
comes back when I do a rebuild soloution.

Best Regards,

ps. I always installs all updates/patches from Windows Update, and I use
Swedish XP Pro ds.
