Frontpage 2000

Im not sure I picked the right newsgroup to put my post...
But hoping someone can help me..

I have frontpage 2000.... And I have several websites
created in there... One is located in Windows Explorer, in
the Root web..

The other websites, are saved in Windows Explorer, under
My Documents/My Webs...

I need to know, how to get these other sites created saved
to the root web so that I can upload them...

Any help would be appreciated.. Thank you,
Roxane
