System.Configuration.ConfigurationException

Hi All,

When I build the application, the following error
appear:

An unhandled exception of
type 'System.Configuration.ConfigurationException'
occurred in system.dll

Additional information: Error loading XML file
c:\windows\microsoft.net\framework\v1.0.3705
\Config\machine.config Request for the permission of type
System.Security.Permissions.StrongNameIdentityPerm ission,
mscorlib, Version=1.0.3300.0, Culture=neutral,
PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089 failed.

I search for this problem in web, and add the following
in config file
<startup>
<supportedRuntime version="v1.1.4322"/>
<supportedRuntime version="v1.0.3705"/>
</startup>
but it doesn't work.

How can I solve this problem? Thank you.

Regards
