Blank pages when opening Internet Explorer.

I get a completely white page when opening Internet Explorer, I've tried to
go to another web site, but there is no change. I do have internet access, I
was able to download Internet Explorer 7.0 to reinstall it hoping that this
would resolve the problem but did not work. Does anyone know what is going
on?

I don't know if I'm doing this correctly. I have a little programming experience in python, c++ and some others but this is my first time with javascript. I'm trying have my website detect the user's browser and assign a variable with different items if it's Internet Explorer. My code works with firefox, opera and others but not IE. <head> <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1"> <title>Untitled...

In a recent thread there has been discussion about Data Access Pages. It has been suggested that they are not permitted on many or most secure sites. Perhaps, that it is so, although I know of no site that has this prohibition, and I have uploaded DAPs to various sites and used them from those sites. I do not understand why any site manager would prohibit DAPs. To the best of my knowledge DAPs, as HTM files, are merely hosted on the...

I am developing some Data Access Pages (DAP) using Microsoft Access 2003 on Microsoft Windows XP. When I try to open these pages (located on my C: drive), the display of the data access page is blocked and I receive the following error message in the Information Bar in Microsoft Internet Explorer: "To help protect your security, Internet Explorer has restricted this site from showing certain content. Click here for options."

Hello there, We have encountered a strange error with our ASP.NET applications in combination with SmartNavigation and the setting from Internet Explorer: ‘Check for newer version of pages: Every visit to the pages”. Hello. First of all, I'm working in an ASP.NET 1.1 project, which has a large page (due to client requirements, a huge page is needed to process the information, and it has a lot of interactivity with the user, so that if some value changes, the screen refresh showing some other data, or a grid, and so on). This is working well (but slow, but this is not the problem right now). The problem is that, randomly, opening the page, or refreshing...

Hello, We have an issue that I do not know how to resolve. Our website has several hundred reports. There are a handful of them that are causing issues when there is no interaction for a couple of minutes between client and web server. We are using .NET 2005, Framework 2.0 with an Oracle 9i database. Our application has several hundred reports, but only several reports have this issue; the reports with the issues do not write anything...

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it. First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends, With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development projectplanning, coding, testing, and deploymentwithout human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
