Displaying HTML formatted text from sql server 2000

2 New Member
have a page for admin(admin.asp x). This would enter product name, image, category name and and long description in a formatted manner. The prod name, image, category name can be inputted to database. However for long description i am using an html editor downloaded from net called cutesoft. Then i use server.htmlenco de for entering the text inside the editor into the database (sql server 2000). This gets saved in the database. But plz send the code for displaying it in a another aspx page exactly in the way or in a formatted manner?????

I have a web form where a client can select which site members to send an email to. This form is populated from the contents of the member table, so the form can have 0-x names listed on it depending on member expiration dates. When the form is submitted, the code loops through the form contents and sends an email to those members that meet the selected criteria. All this worked perfectly when I was sending text emails, but since I

I sent HTML formatted email, using PHP, to my Yahoo address from my server, and it came out fine, styles and all. I sent it to my gmail address to test it and all I see is the raw html code. But I do get formatted email in gmail, so I know people make it work somehow. I'm looking right at a gmail message that I copied to Dreamweaver and it's using Strong and Red text attributes that work in gmail. But mine don't. What do you do...

Friends, I am having trouble displaying Japanese text within a textbox (or anywhere else) in an aspx page with .net 2.0 framework. Initial default text in Japanese displays perfectly but when I attempt to change the text following a button-click event, it displays as junk. I have tried setting the globalization tag in the web.config file but that does not help eiter. <globalization requestEncoding="UTF-8" responseEncoding="UTF-8"

Hi all, Working on a pretty fancy access report that prints out a schedule of events in a two-column format, I've stumbled across the need for displaying formatted text into a field. Since I'm using Access 2000, it lacks the ability to do this natively, so I was wondering if anyone had a solution. I've made use of one of the controls of Lebans.com (TextWidthHeight one, rather spiffy), but it seems the RTF display controls there are for...

I have the object property StockContract.Dictionary which is a dictionary collection of <string, stringkey/value pairs. I need to be able to retreive the keys and their values and display them on a page. I want to use something like a repeater or something like that. I don't know if this would be code I will have to manually write myself, or if it can be done with dataBinding of some sort. I am using vs2008 and c# 3.5. Any ideas on how to...

XP SP2, access and outlook 2003 I have a form with 3 command buttons on that when one is pressed it opens up a html email for the user to send. Two of the emails work fine and open with the full colour and size formatted text but one of them just shows the html code in the body with no formatting. The vba code for the command button is as follows: Private Sub cmdUpdateEmail_Click() Dim HTMLReminderEmail As String Dim Subject As String...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
