Overlaping on Dropdown control by menu written in Java Script

I have written code to generate dropdown menu in java script.
it overlap all the controls of the pages like label,radio,ima ges except the
drop down list control.
for the drop down i have tryied serverside as well as client side but problem remain same.
its urrgent
