Looking for a Cloud, free MySQL front-end for common users

1
Hi! Hope you all are alright. I'm giving a free Business Intelligence service for small companies and entrepreneurs. I was using Google sheets as "database" because of the familiarity with business users https://snaptube.cam/ and Google Data Studio as the reporting tool. Now I'm migrating to a more robust solution, using MySQL in a web hosting and Power BI as the reporting tool. The problem is that I want to have an easy interface for users to do the data input, and I don't want to spend time coding an interface.

Is there any cloud solution in which you can connect to your mysql database and the users can just enter the data in a friendly way? Preferably free, but I will look to paid options if there isn't something robust. I'm looking at something accessible via web and that do not require software installation.

Thanks a lot for your time!
