`table` doesn't exist... but I'm sure it does!

Hi,
I have a problem. Partition with mysql database is too full. so I used the instructions from the http://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=12
When I open the Directadmin and choose 'MySQL Management' I see my database, but when I select 'check' next to all tables writes 'Table (...) doesn't exist'
What could be the problem? With permission? Engine: innodb.

if it says it does not exists then it does not. May be you chooesd wrong database. may be you are mixing up with case. in linux mysql table name is case sensitive.
