vBulletin database

i need to move my vBulletin forum to another server put i have problem to import the database to my new sever it give me an error "You probably tried to upload too large file. Please refer to documentation for ways to workaround this limit." i have used BigDump utility to import the DB put also it give me an error how can i import the DB without getting any errors ?
